You will work closely with engineering teams to understand their pain points and translate them into practical solutions — for example, building reusable components like commands, skills, and CI agents; designing and orchestrating custom agent workflows; developing low/no-code agents for faster adoption; and creating and maintaining knowledge bases connected via connectors and MCP servers.

You will act as the Siemens NX (NXX) subject-matter authority, defining modelling best practices, methodologies, and automation patterns, while partnering closely with engineering leadership to scale effective ways of working.

You will either be in a Business Development role currently or keen to move into this type of role from an operational or commercial perspective. You’re likely to bring: Previous experience working within civil engineering contracting or subcontracting A strong understanding of the South West construction and infrastructure market

You will work on multiple bespoke projects, each with specific challenges and requirements tailored to client needs. Your role will involve preparation, final assembly, looming, and terminating a wide range of AV cabling and hardware, as well as product testing prior to shipping.

You will either be in a Business Development role currently or keen to move into this type of role from an operational or commercial perspective.

You will work as part of the Delivery Team to support rural and coastal communities to develop, thrive and respond to local challenges.

You will be primarily community-based within your locality, with some work across the wider county.

You will need to be flexible, as some evening and weekend work will be required.
