You will support seamless communication, excellent customer service, and effective fleet management in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. Key Responsibilities - Provide telephone support to clients, managing fleet availability and recovery plans. Handle and resolve breakdowns, incidents, defect reports, and service status updates.

You will be covering customers in the Australasia, South Africa and New Zealand territory, with regular travel for up to 4/5 weeks at a time every 3/4 months.

You will also be leading on a variety of initiatives and events to enhance employee engagement, promote our brand values, and ensure clear, consistent communication across the business.

You will be involved in every stage of the forwarding process, including collections, transport bookings, customs entries, documentation, and liaising with overseas agents and customers worldwide. If you have previous AOG experience that you would beneficial. If not, thats fine too providing you have a solid logistics background and work with a sense of urgency.
