You will support our strategic goals through regional engagement and delivery within the UK and Ireland, with a focus on the South East of England.

You will travel extensively across this region to support our education communities through working with internal and external stakeholders including schools and members.

You will work closely with internal departments such as creditors, as well as external support agencies or clients. Clear communication and high levels of customer service are key components of this role.

You will be required to make a mixture of inbound and outbound calls to our customers by phone and communicate with email, letter, and SMS.

You will be working closely with not only our team but also our 55 practices throughout the UK, to ensure that their diaries are filled and booked smartly.
