You will assist with maintaining project documentation, organising tasks, tracking basic project updates, and helping teams stay aligned. Working closely with designers and project leads, you’ll contribute to project planning, communication, and continuous improvement activities.

You will be part of a wider specialist team, including family coordinators, intensive family coordinators and social workers, who are dedicated in supporting children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). The ideal candidate will be a skilled and committed individual who is able to support children and young people access short breaks in the community.

You will be required to attend a half–day session with HBTC where you will work towards functional skills (where needed). Additional off‐the‐job training will also be required as part of the Apprenticeship. There will also be an end‐point assessment. Levels and Qualifications

You will liaise with all temporary staff relating to confirmation of weekly shifts, payment of wages, holiday requests and managing absence levels whilst working in accordance with the Agency Workers Regulations and Working Time Directive.

You should be a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills and a great team player.
