You will develop person-led Support Plans to meet the needs of individuals, promoting choice, control, and independence.

You will use a strength-based approach to assessment to support individuals in identifying and developing their support networks, considering positive risk-taking to enhance their wellbeing.

You will work 4 x 10-hour shifts per week, totaling 40 hours per week; hours can fall any time between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday and will be allocated by our resource planner 3 weeks in advance on a rolling basis.

You will be required to drive up to 2 hours to reach your venue of the day; there may also be instances where you will need to take public transport depending on the venue type.
