Community Development Coordinator jobs in Macclesfield

You will work closely with engineers and clients across the UK, US, and Europe, supporting projects from initial enquiry through to completion. This company is a notified body that provides compliance testing and training on a wide range of machinery across the UK and Europe.

You will support people with daily living, medication, money management, and community engagement, always with dignity, respect, and person-centred care.

You will work closely with a team to deliver personalised treatment plans and support patients as they manage their challenges. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills and make a significant impact in the community. Access to transport is essential as the service is community-based.

You will join one of our agencies (Nucleus Global, Ashfield MedComms, ApotheCom, or MediStrava), bringing science and creativity together to deliver world‐class communication solutions to clients, working on cutting‐edge, life‐changing therapies for patients.

You will be a driven self‐starter with excellent organisational skills and be able to form quick and long‐lasting connections with others.

You will also be responsible for the delivery of a range of therapeutic interventions and other aspects of the service user's care plan under the guidance of a registered mental health practitioner.

You will liaise with all agencies necessary to the health and wellbeing of the service user and their carers.
