Community Development Coordinator jobs in Mayfair

You will contact and qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team to close. - Serve as the first point of contact with prospects - Reach and exceed weekly/monthly goals - Identify, execute and follow-up on all opportunities to establish customer relationships including prospecting and lead utilization

You will assist with client onboarding, AML and KYC procedures, Land Registry applications, document preparation, engrossments, SDLT submissions, ordering searches, managing completions, preparing bills, and corresponding with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other solicitors.

You will manage personal appointments, global travel arrangements, luxury holidays, family schedules, children’s schools and activities, and research/purchasing of gifts, items and products.

You will also take responsibility for preparing and organising events, private dinners, entertaining at the residences.
