You will be responsible for managing the design, manufacture, installation, and Site Acceptance Testing of MVG’s proprietary shielded anechoic chambers used for EMC and antenna measurement applications. This role involves managing multiple projects concurrently, ranging from small installations to complex, high-value programmes.

You will be the primary contact for all maintenance requests and client service queries, coordinating jobs and working with internal teams and contractors to ensure efficient progress and accurate logging. As a Client Response Team (CRT) Operator, you will handle both reactive and proactive repair needs for a wide range of clients across the UK.

You will be working at Crossley Manor, a modernised low secure service that supports women over the age of 18 with complex emotional and mental health conditions which are associated with significant risk behaviours.

You will join a small team that is committed to empowering recovery and encouraging independence within a residential environment, consisting of two apartments.

You will develop and implement effective support plans, coordinate and manage services to meet individual needs, and assess and manage risks, including attending MARAMS.

You must be willing to work contracted hours within agreed rota patterns, including evenings and weekends as required.

You will follow up on client enquiries, provide potential clients with quotations, and guide them towards the best survey option based on the age and style of their buildings. Building trusted relationships with potential customers and showcasing our services will be key parts of your role.

You will also book retrofit assessments, insulation surveys, and technical surveys and liaise with Retrofit and Compliance coordinators for final checks.
