You will be a warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.

You will learn how to care for individuals in mental health crisis by promoting choice and independence in the least restrictive way possible. This role operates on a 24/7 shift basis, and staff will qualify for unsocial hours enhancements in addition to basic pay. Successful applicants will also be required to complete a Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression (PMVA) course.

You will provide clinical support to the ECT Team, working closely with all team members, sharing skills and information, viewing the clinic as one part of the continuum of care and facilitating opportunities for patients to benefit from, whilst maintaining and improving standards of practice in ECT.
