You will report to the Head of Sales.

You will have a degree (or equivalent) in a communications related discipline, or extensive PR and communications experience, with a proven track record in developing and delivering impactful multi-media campaigns, especially on organic and paid-for social media.

You will have strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

You will need to demonstrate passion, be highly motivated, resilient with excellent communication skills.

You will be expected to be part of the on-call rota for out of hours for the Directorate.

You will be part of a supportive, innovative management and leadership team, helping us to transform our mental health services as part of our Step up to Great Mental Health transformation agenda.

You will work with the RCP Vice President for Wales and Wales Regional Advisers to develop bespoke Wales campaigns content, as well as translating RCP UK policy reports into Wales-specific campaigns and communications outputs.

You will have strong experience of analysing policy developments in the external national landscape and evolving and developing campaigns and lines to take in response.
