You will be the point of contact and provide excellent stewardship to those brilliant supporters. This will include working sensitively with people with experience of the cause, often to do something positive in hope of a missing loved one, and actively inspiring more of them to do so.

You will lead site operations, manage budgets and teams, and ensure exceptional resident experiences. Suitable candidates will have leadership skills, a strong background in property operations, and experience in delivering community engagement initiatives. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive salary of £50-£55K plus bonuses.

You will have overall responsibility for media monitoring, reporting and evaluation – vital to providing strategic insight for the rest of the team.

You will be highly-organised, helping to manage the team’s resources through effective working with Finance, Procurement and external suppliers, and maintaining an overall calendar of communications activity to maximise impact.
