Community Development Manager jobs in Hereford

You will work Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week.

You will be expected to achieve agreed sales targets for new and used cars, within defined operating and financial guidelines.

You will build trust, communicate effectively and exceed our customers expectations; In essence you will ensure that our customers buying experience is industry leading.

You will foster a high-performance culture focused on both financial and behavioural KPIs, whilst capitalising on new retail opportunities. As our Retail Store Manager, you'll lead by example with exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.

You will work closely with colleagues in estates, compliance, and administration, assisting with both the day-to-day coordination of tasks and the follow-up of safety-related actions.

You will be a proactive and conscientious problem solver with strong attention to detail and a clear understanding of your responsibility in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and compliant school environment.

You will need to be a great communicator who can share knowledge, experience and best practices

You will need to have the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across all areas whilst remaining flexible

You must be adaptable to change, whilst being able to challenge effectively
