You will be working with young people aged 11 to 18 who have been placed into the care system for numerous reasons with an array of disorders, behaviours and needs and therefore require individuals who have the confidence, patience and skill set to successfully work with these young people and make a positive impact on their lives.

You will play a vital part in helping individuals achieve their personal goals, supporting them in daily living, and empowering them to realise their potential. Key Responsibilities:

You will need to be happy with chilled environments and working on your feet for 12 hours per day. Some manual handling may be required for weights weights of up to 20kg. Our Perfect Worker Our ideal Picker will need to be able to communicate and understand basic English, be hard-working and have a good level of detail and focus to ensure mistakes are kept to a minimum.

You will be offered a full-time contract which comes with a competitive salary, 28 days holiday including statutory and public holidays, Private Medical healthcare scheme and a generous pension scheme.

You will receive a comprehensive induction, on-site training which will cover all aspects of the role, and Health, Safety and Fire and HR compliance training.

You will negotiate terms, determine stock levels and develop comprehensive marketing plans that cover all franchises and product groups.

You must be aged 21 or over - Formal qualifications such as: - Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI) - Community Interpreting - NRPSI, CIOL, ITI registered is advantageous - Degree in Translation/Interpreting/Languages - Any other interpreting related qualification
