You must live in or be able to travel within the following areas:

You will hold a qualification in British Sign Language (BSL) Level 1 or above

You will have sound communication, planning and organisation skills, and must be able to work to deadlines, ensuring an excellent service to both internal and external clients, key professionals, and stakeholders.

You will be responsible for implementing care plans and conducting assessments for patients with chronic respiratory conditions. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, along with a genuine interest in patient care. Willingness to travel for home visits is essential, fostering collaboration within a multidisciplinary environment.

You will be caring, reliable and respectful, with a genuine interest in supporting others.

You will be comfortable using basic IT systems, willing to register with the SSSC, and able to join the PVG Scheme.

You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
