You will need significant experience of supporting people with complex needs and risk management whilst also having a real desire to work with an excellent and positive team.

You will be able to demonstrate good organisational skills, leadership, communication skills and a willingness to work closely with colleagues and Team Leaders to ensure the effective and smooth running of the Service.

You will support people in different settings, who need additional help to live independently. We're looking for people who will bring compassion, empathy and a sense of purpose into the lives of others. You could help people to learn new skills, provide assistance to someone who is older or has a disability or needs support with aspects of their care.

You will be expected to provide care at a high standard in order to help the residents and ensure that you are always there for them.

You will have the maturity to be able to work within a positive behaviour support framework, to accept responsibility, handle stress and to grow in confidence as a skilled practitioner.
