You will work closely with the management team, lead shifts, support junior staff, and act as a positive role model within the service.

You will be part of a dedicated team supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) within a nurturing residential environment, whilst taking on additional leadership and mentoring responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills while delivering care to an individual in their own/family home Undertaking a range of duties to support the Client, you will work closely with other members of the team in providing the highest standards of health care, facilitate the client with his activities of daily living, support him to engage in the community, and with therapy.

You will also ensure that our care services are of a consistently high standard and help in caring for our residents, and undertake other general day-to-day activities in our home.
