You will also be supporting people that have Dysphagia and physical impairments. Supporting people in eating and drinking, all aspects of home security, finances, housekeeping, and any healthcare needs taking medication. Supporting people to go out into the community.

You will ensure that practice leadership is developed, recognised and reflected in all we do as you work on shift as part of the working rota, enabling you to act as a role model of best practice.

You will support people to design their support plans, assist with rota management, help maintain records, address concerns, conduct audits, and deputise for the Support Manager when needed.

You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK. - Full UK driving Licence and access to a vehicle - Flexibility in your availability, with the ability to travel to different care settings. - A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
