You will manage the day-to-day warehouse operations at our Cumbernauld site, ensuring compliance with service levels agreed under the contract. This includes overseeing the receipt, storage, reworking, and despatch of 1,800–2,000 pallets of bespoke printed polythene packaging to strict Imperial specifications.

You will act as a trusted employment law advisor to the wider People team (and business) and maintain oversight, evolution and development of our policy suite. This role will lead the execution for activities such as organisational model changes, People integration following M&A activity, and changes.

You will know and understand your customer's needs and requirements, and you will collaboratively 'own' the relationship with them, including the processing of new orders and communicating their delivery.

You will also support and collaborate with the Construction Management team to ensure builds are delivered on time, to specification, and within budget.

You will support and play a key role in operational interface for ongoing works at Clayhills Depot, WCML (West Coast Mainline), Rail Minor Works projects and future works in the region with rail track interface.

You will lead the daily management of track and permanent way activities, including planning, engineering assurance, operational interface, and site coordination.

You will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of winning digital trading plans, ensuring alignment with Brand Hubs and the Sales Team to optimise product availability and activation.

You will be responsible for developing contract strategies and leading all critical customer meetings, including Brand Planning.

You will be based working in a fast paced project and maintenance environment where you will oversea a variety of multi-disciplinary civil engineering/electrical projects.
