You will be responsible for planning, organising, and co-ordinating activities related to planting, growing, harvesting and processing. Confident & highly organised, our new Sweetcorn Growing Manager will play a pivotal role in the planning and programming of crops, as well as co-ordinating and planning daily operations.

You will also coach and develop the team to deliver the Butlin’s people strategy of Get, Grow, Keep which is focused on building a truly amazing place to work where our team always makes a difference to our guests.

You should have experience of developing, planning and delivering strategy for all HR specialisms, with the ability to prioritise and drive the teams’ activities accordingly.

You will hold accountability for all guest accommodation cleaning and all public area cleaning across the resort, along with leadership of our guest services team dealing with all guest services queries that are raised to the resort – most of which will be focused on accommodation.

You will need to ensure that our guests feel safe and secure throughout their stay at Butlin's.

You will carry out regular patrols of the Resort, welcome our guests on Mondays and Fridays to the Resort providing the best possible first two hours experience, maintain access control of our three Resort entrances with a customer focused approach.

You will support and coach the team to ensure they deliver a great experience and are also driving any key metrics relating to our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach to our accommodation and holding team to account to ensure standards are met.

You should be confident to direct and respond in any situation whilst delivering consistent brand standards.

You will manage your budget closely, driving your team to deliver KPIs based on sales and costs in line with our business plan and reviewing this regularly to identify areas of opportunity and risk.

You should thrive on motivating and developing large teams, creating an environment where people feel supported and inspired.
