Community Services Manager jobs in Baglan

You will play a key role in producing high-quality electrical designs, working closely with mechanical engineers, BIM technicians, and project teams to deliver coordinated, compliant, and efficient solutions. From early concept design through to detailed design and construction support, you will contribute to every stage of the project lifecycle.

You will produce accurate Revit MEP models and 2D drawings, carry out clash detection, and support project teams from design through to construction handover. This role would suit a technically confident BIM/Revit professional with MEP experience who enjoys delivering coordinated, high-quality building services projects.

You will be curious in nature, well organised and proactive in seeking to understand the day to day operations of the services you support and how the funding flows.

You will be expected to work with a significant level of autonomy and self-organise.

You will be expected to implement an annual budget setting process
