You will have the opportunity to promote and lead on a number of key activities and initiatives and will have responsibility for a number of key functions within the department, including: - Supporting the development of messaging and materials for news media, social media and other digital channels including writing, editing, management of channels and the use of internal approval systems

You will have the opportunity to influence future direction, treatment, and models of design in the area in which you work. Job responsibilities - Work as part of multidisciplinary teams providing care to children and young people with mental health needs especially eating disorders, across Essex.

You will be passionate about engaging with and providing support in the community, working with partners as required.

You will also be involved in recruitment events for prospective fostering families within our foster carer recruitment activities, completing Form F assessments and support participation events for our young people.

You will also be participating in our out-of-hours duty line, supporting our foster carers on a rota basis.
