You will act as an advocate for patients with bladder and bowel dysfunction in a person-centred approach to ensure care is delivered that meets NICE guidance and standards, whilst working within local eligibility criteria.

You will be working 40 hours a week, Monday 06:00 to14:00 and Tuesday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00 Pay, benefits and more: - An annual salary of £30,529.20 - 25 days holiday pay, plus 8 bank holidays

You will work in an extremely fast-paced environment where a high level of attention to detail and accuracy is required, even when under extreme pressure. This is a Monday to Friday 0900 – 1700 office-based role. Additional hours will be expected once you pass your probationary period (6-months) and will be paid at time and a half rate or time in lieu.

You will help families develop the skills and confidence to meet their own needs and those of their children, working closely with professionals to ensure positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Support families in line with placement plans, promoting positive parenting and life skills.
