Community Support Worker jobs in Glasgow

You will be able to clearly share 2 years experience supporting individuals who require high levels of support and are often deregulated.

You will have experience of providing detailed and accurate daily record keeping and incident reporting.

You will demonstrate creativity when engaging and establishing trust with children and young people and demonstrate sound communication and judgement.

You will bring experience working and supporting young people - ideally in care or education (desirable, but not essential), reflective practice, strong communication skills, collaborative working and an understanding of trauma and attachment.

You will hold a full manual driving licence and be willing to register with the SSSC or work towards the necessary qualifications.
