You will be responsible for supervising care staff, implementing care plans, and fostering a supportive environment within the clients own home. Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both residents and team members are essential for success in this role.

You must have the right to work in the UK (please note we do not offer visa sponsorship)

You will be working with a team of rehabilitation support workers alongside a multi-disciplinary team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists and speech and language therapists.

You will follow individual support plans to meet the needs and aspirations of each person.

You will have full training and clinical support to develop and improve skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more! We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs.
