You will be required to join the care team to assist a lovely young lady who has physical and learning disabilities to support her in her fully adapted home, near Barmouth North Wales, where she lives with her Mum and siblings. The successful applicant will need to assist the young lady with all aspects of daily living and help her to engage in activities at home and in the community.

You will be key in supporting individuals to lead a full and valued life.

You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with Mental Health conditions.

You will have the opportunity to use your knowledge and skills to help change the lives of some of the most vulnerable people in society.

You will work with a diverse caseload across the community, delivering tailored support that promotes independence, wellbeing, and long-term stability.

You will play a vital part in helping people maintain their accommodation, access the right services, and build the confidence and skills needed to thrive.

You will be working shifts, on a rota basis one month in advance 8am to 8pm @ £20.00 per Hour Monday – Sunday working alternate weekends
