Community Teaching Assistant jobs in Redbridge

You will be working within a structured classroom environment, supporting pupils either 1:1 or in small groups, depending on individual need. The roles require a consistent, patient approach and a clear understanding of how to support pupils with specific learning, communication, or behavioural needs while promoting inclusion and independence.

You will be an integral part of the school team, contributing to both learning and wider school life while ensuring pupils feel supported and motivated.

You will assess pupil progress, adapt teaching to meet individual needs, and create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
