You will Integrate practical electrical, electronic combat and automation product solutions not only within the same disciplines but defining the interfaces with others constructively and mechanically.

You will produce, review and approve calculations, analyses, drawings, models, design basis documentation and technical reports, in accordance with project requirements.

You will join a national team of over 800 engineers and designers within the Marine Sector of Babcock.

You will be required to contribute and lead product development throughout the design lifecycle and provide technical support to our key customers, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of engineering outputs.

You will be responsible for defining, managing, and verifying requirements, and ensuring that all systems meet the acceptance criteria. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects such as new builds and upgrades to existing vessels, along with other commercial engineering projects.

You will also support the daily running of the site by helping maintain a vast network of high and low voltage equipment, advanced robotic panel lines, and CNC machinery.

You will ideally be: Qualified to HND level but an ONC level qualification in an engineering discipline with extensive experience in relevant field will be considered.
