You will work as a vital part of our butchery operation, primarily working on whole carcass breakdown. You'll be working as part of a strong passionate team delivering differing cuts, along with all aspects of meat preparation in order to exceed our customer's expectations. Our Butchery team work with beef, lamb and pork all of which are organically reared by our Farmers on our beautiful Estate.

You will build and maintain long lasting relationships with our Health and Wellbeing members, anticipating their needs and becoming their first point of contact.

You will also work closely with our wellbeing team to establish key objectives and activities to deliver our annual target.

You will have extensive and wide ranging plumbing experience within both commercial and domestic environments.
