You will handle a varied mix of contentious and non contentious employment matters, including employment tribunal litigation, disciplinary and grievance matters, restructures and redundancies, TUPE, restrictive covenants, settlement agreements, executive exits and the employment aspects of corporate transactions.

You will manage a varied caseload including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, development and site assembly work, secured lending, and portfolio management.

You will work closely with a loyal and sophisticated client base while contributing to the development of the department.

You will assist with drafting and reviewing legal documentation, carrying out legal research, supporting corporate governance and monitoring compliance across the business.

You will also act as a key business partner, serving as a first port of call for other departments with their legal queries.
