You will lead and support direct reports to enable effective monitoring and management of Credit Reference Agencies data and will be required to engage with internal and external senior stakeholders, leading on multiple activities to improve and report on data quality.

You will also have the opportunity to support regulatory reporting change programmes, helping to deliver important changes to our future reporting. As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have: - Deep knowledge of production / review of liquidity reg returns, namely LCR, NSFR, PRA110, ALMM

You will be responsible for the design, implementation and management of conduct risk reporting frameworks, evolving best practice in line with central guardrails and guidelines.

You will play a key role in ensuring our conduct reporting communicates customer outcomes delivery and promotes informed decisions to aid management of potential customer harm.

You will play a key role in Financial Planning and Stress Testing activities within Treasury, including maintaining and running the underlying models.

You will also have the opportunity to work on change programmes, helping to deliver important changes to our forecasting and modelling capabilities.

You will be providing specialist regulatory advice in the area of core prudential risks, contributing to the development of the regulatory objectives for the area.

You will be supporting on implementation of regulatory change, ensuring that the Society meets the expectations of the Prudential Regulation Authority.

You will also need to attend any Team meetings that are arranged in any of the regional hubs.

You will need to be aware and understand strategic intermediary competitor activity and their impact upon Nationwide, giving feedback and making recommendations.
