You will ensure you understand all compliance and regulatory requirements for your role by completing all necessary training and certifications.

You will ensure you keep adequate records of all transactions undertaken with customers, brokers and all other parties. Perform other duties as assigned.

You will leverage your engineering background to complete expert tasks that span many parts of a system while providing technical leadership to the team on complex business initiatives. Acting as an influential leader, you will help guide strategic planning and oversee the design, development, and implementation of new software initiatives.

You will work within a community of architecture leaders, charged with establishing and evolving a unified architecture vision.

You will also be overseeing a high performing team of Senior Claims Professionals led by a Team Manager. Bond & Specialty Insurance (BSI) provides Management and Professional Liability, Cyber, Crime Insurance, and Surety Bonds to or on behalf of businesses of all sizes.

You will be instrumental in ensuring that business strategy is executed and reviewed and performance/results are monitored, reviewed and reported upon as required.
