You will provide 24-hour person-centred support to adults with complex needs, helping with personal care and daily living. The ideal candidates should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine care for others. The position offers flexible relief shifts and opportunities for personal development within a supportive team environment.

You will also work independently to assess patients’ mobility, function and ability to carry out activities of daily living.

You will provide exercise programmes and facilitate discharge plans to ensure patients are achieving their rehabilitation goals.
