You will be working night shifts within children’s residential homes, providing stability, safety and high-quality care. Your role will include: Offering calm, consistent support during night hours Managing routines, safeguarding, and promoting a peaceful environment Supporting children with autism, learning disabilities and complex behavioural or health needs

You will work in a dual‐role capacity, supporting two vital services run in partnership with Homeless Oxfordshire and Connection Support.

You will play a key role in leading on case management of clients with complex needs, working collaboratively with partner agencies to develop and implement holistic, individualised support and move‐on plans.

You will help create innovative ways to support individuals achieve their own personal goals, aims and ambitions. The support you provide will change with everyone you work with because everyone is different.

The role is to promote independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the best standard of care. At Stanbridge House shifts are 10pm to 7am alternate weekends

You will be the first point of contact for the package, providing supervisions / meetings and support to the Care Workers.

You will also be required participate in the on-call rota and provide cover for care and Radis' housing related support duties when emergency cover is required.
