You will work in line with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct, maintaining professional accountability for your practice while supporting patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adults and children with complex health needs

You will be caring for a wonderful non-verbal girl aged between 12-16 years. She expresses her personality through sounds, expressions, and movements, and she thrives around fun, bubbly people who will take the time to get to know her.

You will receive a thorough induction, delivered in partnership with the family and the existing care team.

You must be willing to embrace all aspects of the role including, but not limited to, providing support with personal care and domestic tasks, and supporting individuals to access work, education and social opportunities.

You will have well-honed skills in positive communication and engagement and will be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for our all our service users.
