You will need to provide a range of skills including delivering care to patients with complex health needs within their homes, supporting patients and their families. Desirable skills include the ability to perform venepuncture, simple wound care and catheter care.

You will be required to: – work a variety of shifts on a rota basis including days, evenings, weekends, wakeful nights, public holidays and sleep in duties. – hold a full current driving licence which allows you to legally drive in the UK is also required – have Business Class 1 vehicle insurance.

You will provide high-quality care, promote independence and daily living skills, follow care plans, and maintain accurate records. The role involves supporting children who may have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs, and those who may present challenging behaviours, while ensuring safeguarding, safety, and positive routines.

You will be working within our service, helping the people we support with activities, hobbies, socialising and maintaining their personal needs.
