You will be assigned to a set of clients, typically working a split shift from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM and then returning for an evening shift from 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Both male and female drivers are encouraged to apply.

You will ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care while providing clear direction and support to the night staff team, maintaining standards when senior management are not present.

You will be an experienced care professional holding an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, with the ability to lead confidently during night shifts.

You will hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and be able to work towards, or already hold, qualifications including PDA Supervision, PDA Medication, SVQ Level 4 and a workplace assessor award.
