You will report directly to the Site Manager and your role will be providing setting out and quality control services to ensure that the contract works are constructed to the specification in an entirely safe manner, whilst maintaining appropriate site records. Key responsibilities of a Site Engineer will include:

You will be responsible for setting out, quality assurance, technical compliance, and supporting site operations to ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget, and specification. This role offers clear progression opportunities into Senior Engineer and Site Management positions, alongside continued professional development and support for Level 4+ qualifications where appropriate.

You will work closely with the Site Team to help deliver schemes successfully and develop junior Engineers.

You will also be expected to still perform setting out duties on site. As a Senior Site Engineer, you will work on either 1 Large scheme or 2/3 smaller valued schemes.

You will work closely with quality technicians and the management team, gaining hands-on experience in quality assurance and testing while being supported with structured training and clear career development.
