You will have a working knowledge in commercial or financial controls and be comfortable with managing financial performance, KPI’s and budgets. A qualification or relevant experience in business management would also be desirable. - Experience of managing remote field-based teams is essential to this role alongside having the ability to deal with the full spectrum of people management.
