You will form part of the Regional maintenance team who support the homes throughout the Cambridge region. Excelcare is a family-owned Care Home group established for over 34 years. We provide the highest standards of care to older people with a range of needs including dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health issues.

You will be responsible for providing electrical or mechanical planned and preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance (RM) on all plant systems and services.

You will also be responsible for operating the computer-controlled Building Management Systems (BMS) to monitor and identify fault diagnostics, taking the appropriate action to resolve these.

You will be maintaining special purpose machinery, planning your own workload.
