You will be joining our team in London based in the Wembley office. You'll be working with our customers in Brent. The role is permanent, and you'll be working full time (37 hours a week). The starting salary is £35,000 - £40,000 depending on your experience. A basic DBS check will be completed if you are successful.

You will ideally bring: Working knowledge of CRM systems and confidence using computer-based programmes. Strong written and spoken English skills. Experience in a customer-facing role, such as hospitality, retail, student accommodation or similar environments. A resident-focused mindset, with the ability to remain calm and organised in a busy setting.
