You will be the technical leader when it comes to projects you manage.

You will have played an active part in the development of the more junior engineers and will manage the engineering output for each project. Working with the Director you will assist in managing financial deliverables and will play a lead in project bids.

You will report directly to the Managing QS and you will be expected to take responsibility for the Commercial Management of projects. Responsibilities: Quantity surveying duties in respect of managing projects and work packages. Liaise with design, construction and supply chain teams to capture, analyse and control cost.

You will also be the key point of contact on site for clients and play a role in resource planning and scheduling.
