You will take client Statements of Need and develop them into outline schemes, supporting Target Cost development and finalisation.

You will interpret engineering drawings and create specifications for Mechanical and Electrical Design Teams, ensuring systems are properly integrated into preconstruction plans.

You will possess a degree in Construction Management and/or Civil Engineering or equivalent, to enable you to teach Construction and The Built Environment/Civil Engineering BTEC and HNC courses.

You will also have a minimum of 3 years’ experience gained in the Construction industry.

You will work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive pre-construction plans that align with project objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
