You will work closely with operational teams across multiple live projects, supporting work packages typically valued up to 5m, within safety-critical, fast-paced environments where SHEQ standards are non-negotiable.

You will ideally have: - NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum)

You will then negotiate the contract sum within the budget, including finalising costs to cover all late variations.

You will issue revised contract drawings to subcontractors; negotiating the cost of variations including liaising between Buyers and Build Managers.

You will provide a full range of pricing information for purchaser's extras.

You will need to have a strong accounts background as you will be working closely alongside the Finance Manager, acting as the second in command and overseeing the finance team in the absence of the Manager.

You must have previous Payroll experience and have the ability to work well within a small hands-on environment.
