You will work closely with senior executives and directors, providing technical expertise on covers such as Commercial and Residential Property, Contractors All Risks (CAR), Latent Defects and bespoke development policies.

You will benefit from a collaborative culture, ongoing professional development, support toward ACII qualifications, and genuine long-term career progression.

You will teach small groups, focusing primarily on hands-on practical training with around two hours of theory each week. The timetable includes built-in admin time, giving you the space you need to plan lessons and support learners effectively.

You will be enrolled onto a Level 5 teaching qualification and supported by an experienced mentor as you transition from industry into education.

You will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. They are responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the entire construction process, from initial planning to project completion.
