You will be confident managing live operational sites with public interface, delivering to programme, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Flexibility to travel across Northern Ireland is required.

You will work alongside site-based Project & Contract Managers in implementing best practices and project planning policies, processes, and procedures during the full life cycle of projects from tender through topletion.

You will be responsible for accurately identifying and resourcing requirements for projects including labour, plant, and materials.

You will have autonomy over purchasing decisions, with guidance and commercial support available when required.

You will have proven experience in a Buyer or Assistant Buyer role within the construction sector, with a solid understanding of construction materials, suppliers and lead times.

You will hold a third-level qualification in Project Management or a construction-related discipline and have a minimum of 5+ years' experience delivering construction projects.

You will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Project.
