You will operate as a trusted commercial partner to M&E contractors, consultants, and key end users across industrial, nuclear, datacentre, and large-scale construction environments. Working from home with full territory ownership, you’ll manage your accounts as your own business, supported by strong internal sales, technical, and supply chain teams.

You will have a background in and experience of construction or infrastructure projects. You will be reporting at a senior level to directors. Experience working on JCT Design & Build Contracts is essential for this position. Desirable Experience: Minimum 10 years+ experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for Main Contractors. Excellent knowledge of JCT Design & Build Contracts.
