You will need to be an excellent communicator who can articulate complicated issues between our clients and our highly skilled project teams.

You will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of mechanical components, working closely with manufacturing and testing to bring products from initial concept through to production. While experience in the performance aftermarket is beneficial, it is not essential.

You will manage engineering deliverables from concept and feasibility through FEED and detailed design, ensuring robust definition aligned with project requirements and industry standards.

You will also support discipline planning and resource allocation, helping ensure the right capability is deployed to the right projects at the right time.

You will support in response efforts, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with contractors and partners to ensure successful project delivery. Your work will directly contribute to improving infrastructure resilience and achieving our sustainable management goals.

You will be contracted to the NRW office at the above location/place base.
