You will ideally be based around Kirkcaldy/Dunfermline area as the client is based here so vans will leave to go to sites daily.

You must have proven all round groundworks experience and a valid CSCS card. Experience driving a Dumper and/or Roller machine is preferred. A full driving license is required as you will either be taken to site or given a van for transport.

You will work with clients across a broad range of sectors and markets, including Consumer Goods, Food and Retail, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Industrials, Construction and Transport, Media, Sport and Entertainment, and Energy and Natural Resources. They’re seeking someone with strong contentious experience, sharp drafting skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach.

You will be involved in reviewing tender and contract documentation, assessing subcontractor quotations, preliminaries, and contract conditions, and establishing robust budgets and cost plans.

You will manage procurement of subcontractor packages, lead commercial meetings, and maintain strong financial control through cash flow forecasting, cost value reconciliation, and financial reporting.
