You will manage all BIM-related activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry standards, protocols & client requirements.

You will be responsible for receiving client requests, reviewing drawings and project information, prioritising call-outs based on urgency and contractual position, and allocating resources accordingly. A key part of the role is confidently managing conversations with clients where works are outside of scope and agreeing chargeable instructions.

You will have the support from a Contract Manager and Project Director, but you will have the autonomy to run your own projects. The forward-thinking Project Manager should bring a collaborative and positive attitude towards delivering an on time and within budget project.
