You will contribute to the development and delivery of both new and existing projects, working closely with stakeholders to provide financial insight, support robust decision-making, and identify financial risks and opportunities.

You should be a construction lawyer operating at Senior Associate or Partner level. With the ability to lead and develop a team, you should be looking for a new challenge. What you'll get in return This is a rare construction lawyer opening at a senior level that does not require a following.

You will work with a diverse range of clients including developers, contractors, architects, and consultants, helping them navigate complex construction projects. You'll have the benefit of a national network of lawyers to utilise to service work where needed, whilst also being given resources and investment to grow your own regional team based in the North West.

You will take ownership of the Project Management service line, delivering high-quality project management consultancy services, supporting office growth through market insight and business development, and mentoring and developing junior team members.

You will be a fully qualified Accountant, ideally CCAB or CIMA

You will have recent experience in a similar role, preferably within Housing / Construction.

You will have a strong technical skillset and excellent communication skills, showcasing confidence when liaising with stakeholders across the organisation.
